Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Shah Metal Art specializes in the design and manufacturing of customized metal products, including but not limited to:

  • Badges
  • Logos
  • Metal IDs
  • Key chains
  • Brooch charms
  • Ornamental components
  • Accessories for leather goods, garments, and more.

2. Quotation and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for [7/15] days from the date of issuance unless specified otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations, material costs, and design complexity.
  • Any additional customization or changes requested after order confirmation may incur extra charges.

3. Order Confirmation and Payment

  • A minimum order quantity of 1,000 pieces applies to all products.
  • Clients must pay 50% in advance at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining 50% payable upon delivery.
  • Payments can be made via [Bank Transfer/Cheque/UPI/Other Modes]. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • Orders will not proceed to production without the advance payment.

4. Design, Sample, and Approval

  • Clients are required to provide a physical sample for 100% quality assurance.
    • If only an image or digital reference is provided, Shah Metal Art cannot guarantee exact quality and precision.
  • A digital sample/mockup will be shared for approval before production begins. Any delay in approval may extend delivery timelines.
  • Once approved, Shah Metal Art is not liable for errors in the final product that were present in the approved sample.

5. Production and Delivery

  • Standard production time is [7-30] days, depending on the order complexity.
  • Delivery timelines are subject to customer decisions and must be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
  • Shah Metal Art is not responsible for delays caused by customer indecision or changes in the delivery schedule.
  • Clients must provide accurate delivery details. Shah Metal Art is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed once an order is confirmed.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is identified and acknowledged by Shah Metal Art.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs provided by the client remain their intellectual property.
  • Shah Metal Art retains the right to showcase completed work (excluding proprietary or trademarked designs) in its portfolio or promotional material.

8. Liability

  • Shah Metal Art is not responsible for damages caused during shipping or misuse of the products after delivery.
  • In case of disputes, our liability is limited to the value of the defective product(s).

9. Force Majeure

Shah Metal Art shall not be held liable for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved amicably.
  • If necessary, disputes will be governed by the Indian laws and adjudicated in court.

11. Amendments

Shah Metal Art reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated and effective immediately upon publication.
